If FOSS-Group GmbH engages third parties from Switzerland or abroad, they are contractually obliged to comply with the measures required under applicable data protection law.

Personal data is protected by technical and organizational security measures in order to minimize risks in connection with loss, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure and alteration.
