Ce qui a commenc\u00e9 comme un projet personnel s&rsquo;est transform\u00e9 en un d\u00e9fi sportif. Ce qui m&rsquo;attire, c&rsquo;est de repousser les limites et de d\u00e9couvrir ce qui est encore possible \u00e0 un \u00e2ge avanc\u00e9. Ce camp propose des s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement structur\u00e9es et encadr\u00e9es, ax\u00e9es sur la technique, la performance et la pratique de la course.  Sous la direction de professionnels, je travaille de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e sur mes capacit\u00e9s et j&rsquo;accumule des stimuli d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement importants en \u00e9changeant directement avec des coachs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et d&rsquo;autres athl\u00e8tes.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wyss-training.ch\/camp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lien&#8230;<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Gran Fondo Vaduz 25 avril 2026<\/h5>\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de ma pr\u00e9paration, je vais participer \u00e0 la course sur route de Chasing Cancellara. Le parcours est de 57 kilom\u00e8tres avec environ 810 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 et demande une bonne combinaison d&rsquo;endurance, de force et d&rsquo;intelligence de course. Entra\u00eenement quotidien sur l&rsquo;une des meilleures pistes d&rsquo;Europe. Le camp offre des conditions optimales et est dirig\u00e9 par des entra\u00eeneurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Je participerai aux \u00e9preuves de sprint et de contre-la-montre de 500 m\u00e8tres.
